Lauren Leyva is a multi-award-winning home cook, creator, presenter and campaigner. As a rising star in the food & family space, she has built an audience of 200k+ for those who love recipes, budgeting & wholesome lifestyle content.
Selected as an expert judge for this year's Great Taste Awards - which are widely regarded as the 'Oscars' of the food world - joining leading food critics and TV chefs. In early 2026, Lauren launched her 'Cooking With Lauren' YouTube cookalong series, designed to make learning to cook and bake at home more accessible for children. 28-year-old Lauren has already won multiple awards, including 'Thought Leadership Tastemaker Award', 'Top Woman to Watch' and 'Nottingham University Alumni Award' - further cementing her reputation as a rising voice & authority within the food & family spaces.
