1:1 Coaching

Option 2: Bespoke programme

This bespoke, tailored option allows for flexibility in your coaching. Whether you're preparing for a specific presentation or promotion, or want to focus on several core topics below, this minimum 6 session programme (typically completed over 12 weeks) is for those that see the value in bespoke coaching for long term self-improvement.

Option 1: Standard Programme

Through Lauren's standard programme, work directly with Lauren to cover all 6 topics below across a minimum of 6 x 1 hour sessions. This allows for a 360 degree approach to self development that improves your public speaking, personal branding and confidence in a structured format.

Covering topics related to mindset, fear & foundations.

Covering topics related to delivery, presence & authority.

Preparing Presentations, Presenting & Pitching

Covering topics related to structure, clarity & messaging.

- A repeatable presentation structure

- Slide-to-speech alignment (what to say vs what to show)
- How to open and close presentations with impact
- Handling difficult questions

Networking (& Confidence in Person)

Covering topics related to building connections, conversation & client attraction.

Book a call (free of charge) to discuss:

- your current situation
- your goals & what you hope to achieve from 1:1 coaching
- a general chat to make sure working together is the right fit for you.

- I will share my approach to 1:1 coaching and why I stand out amongst many other coaches.

This is simply a casual chat with no need to prepare anything!

After choosing the best programme for you, you will be onboarded, which involves:

- 1 x 40 minute onboarding session. This is a discussion to set us up for the core coaching sessions. We'll discuss your priorities, learning styles, what's already working well as well as the key challenges you want to overcome.

- We'll also schedule in your initial coaching sessions (which is where it starts to feel real).

This is where the core coaching sessions begin, aligned with your timeline, schedule and goals. Typical coaching involves:

- 1:1 60 minute sessions

- interim exercises

- reviews to track progress, discuss any changing goals and to identify new challenges

- private messaging support
